General Policies: Please ensure the home is setup the way you want it photographed, or we will set it up the way we photograph all our homes. Our photographers will not move large, heavy or bulky items. We may as a courtesy move floor mats, soaps etc, however we may forget to put items back. We’re not interior designers, meaning we can only give you our opinion, we do work with some very talented designers if you need one. Please use our preparing for photography guide located Click Here to prepare for our visit. We photograph 3 to 4 homes a day, which each home is allowed 1 hour of photography time. If the home is not ready for photography and we spend several hours at the property you will be charged for another appointment or we will reschedule/cancel your appointment, a same day reschedule fee of $75.00 will be assessed. A general rule of thumb, physically make sure the home is ready a day before hand, allowing the homeowners a chance to relax, which allows us to do our job without interruptions from moving objects from room to room. If your constantly moving items room to room then we get out of rhythm and may forget to take an angle we normally take.
Severe Weather: If it is raining, high chance of rain or cloudy, do not worry we have you covered. If it is raining we will try to get a photo of the front so you can go live within your contracted time. If the Sky is overcast, we will replace it with our blue sky stock photo at no charge. If we are unable to photograph the outside we can come back at no charge and do the outside. If you require aerial photographs it will be an additional $40. If you require us to come back just let our office know and we will get you scheduled. Severe weather is not a reason to cancel or reschedule, cancellation fees apply.
Photoshop: We do not alter any photographs that will mislead or misrepresent said property. Examples are replace dead grass, oil spills on driveways, roof discoloration etc.
Inconvenience Fee: If you need to cancel/reschedule, please do so as soon as possible, we try our best to fill the appointments so you will not be charged a fee. It is your responsibility to ensure the home is ready to go and you/we have access. A business day is considered 8:30-5:30 CST Monday-Friday. Monday and Tuesday cancellations/reschedules need to be handled by Friday 5:30pm Central Standard Time to avoid fees. If you need to cancel or reschedule over the weekend please email email@example.com, Do not call or text the office number, it will not be answered until the following business day.
2 business day cancellations/reschedule, if we can not fill the appointment $50.00 (A business day is considered 8:30-5:30 CST Monday-Friday, if you cancel/reschedule at 5:31 pm it is considered next day)
Same Day cancellations/reschedule, if we can not fill the appointment $75.00 (A business day is considered 8:30-5:30 CST Monday-Friday, if you cancel/reschedule at 5:31 pm it is considered next day)
Weekend cancellations/reschedule, if we can not fill the appointment, Monday appointments are considered Same Day $75 and Tuesday appointments are considered 2 business days $50.00. no exceptions, we reserve these appointments for you.
Tours only: 2 business day/Same Day cancellations/reschedule, since we reserve 2 appointment slots for a tour to be completed, and we can not fill the appointments, you will be charged $100. no exceptions, we reserve these appointments for you.
Tours with HD/Photography: 2 business day/Same Day cancellations/reschedule, since we reserve 3 appointment slots for a tour to be completed, and we can not fill the appointments, you will be charged $150. no exceptions, we reserve these appointments for you.
Delivery of photographs: Our photographers upload the days work over night to our editing department, which are edited during the following day and returned before midnight. Our Editing team will send you an email with the drop box link for the photographs and weather conditions. You must download the drop box folder, use some sort of extraction software (we use winzip) extract the photographs, then use.
Rights of use: We allow you co ownership of all images, thus allowing you the ability to market any photograph that we have taken at anytime, no time limits. We do reserve the right to use these for our marketing platforms as we see fit.
Aerial photography: Our daytime listing photography includes complimentary aerial photographs at the time of service. We reserve the right to not provide this free service in the event of excessive winds, rain, any unsafe take off or landing point, in commercial flight patterns and near any airports we are locked out of. If we are unable to provide this complimentary service, and you need aerial photographs, contact our office and schedule a weather related aerial photo session for $40.00. We are part 107 approved, which means we can legally sell aerial photographs per FAA. Please view the airmap.com and make sure we can legally fly for your listing.
Appointment times Dallas/Ft Worth: We try to schedule appointments as close to each other as possible. We have 2 Dallas/Ft Worth photographers, which allows us to provide 6 appointments Monday – Friday. Starting at 10am, 2nd appointment arriving between 12pm -1pm, 3rd appointment arriving between 2pm – 3pm. Our photographers will text you when we are on the way with an exact eta.
Appointment times North Eastern Florida: We try to schedule appointments as close to each other as possible. We have 1 NorthEastern photographer which allows us to provide 4 appointments a day Monday – Friday. Starting at 9am, 2nd appointment arriving between 11pm – 12pm, 3rd appointment arriving between 1pm – 2pm, 4th appointment arriving between 3pm – 4pm. Our photographers will text you when we are in the way with an exact eta.
Payment: Payment is due upon setting your appointment. If you fail to pay your invoice once received your appointment will be canceled. Invoices are sent immediately after confirming your appointment. A 3.1% service charge will be added for Credit Card processing fees. Refunds are processed minus any cancellation fees and or processing fees. If you need to add extra services (amenities, flyers, measurements) after the fact, we can add it to the invoice.
